Hi Journey a better weigh members and friends,

Get ready for Fall! Set the date of August 27 and 28 to join us at Journey A Better Weigh for a 14 week Fall challenge. This challenge will take us right up to Thanksgiving week. What a great way to say thank you to ourselves.

This Fall challenge will focus on weight loss, behavioral changes, activity and healthy eating. You choose which one will help you succeed.
