Hi Journey members,

Two weeks ago we start our 12 week goal challenge. How is it going?

One of my goals this year with Journey was to blog each week. Well last week I slipped up and didn’t get it done. I decided however that it was not an all or nothing goal. I slipped and I started again this week. No blaming myself just moving forward. That’s what happens with goals. We slip but it’s what we do after the slip that counts. So if you slipped on your goal pick yourself up and start today. No blame. Just feedback and moving forward.

Last week I met with a group of people in Weeping Water Ne. to see if we could start them with Journey A Better Weigh. We had a great turn out and 14 people signed up to start Journey today. I am so excited! I will let you know how it went. If you live anywhere near Weeping Water and would like to attend please come. We meet in the building across the street from the hardware store. The weigh in time is 5:30 with the meeting starting at 6:00. It is a 30 min. meeting. It’s easy and fun.

This week topic is the weight scale. My question to you is? Is the scale a friend or a foe? Why? Let me know how you feel about the scale?

Next week topic is staying inspired. Even though it’s the middle of Feb. we might be losing some of our motivation. Come get inspired.
