The best way to navigate the road to weight loss and healthy living is to do it one step at a time, one day at a time. And to walk that road with people who give support and encouragement.
Journey: A Better Weigh provides the education and support to guide you on your journey. Guiding your journey as mentor and coach will be Pam Andersen, who has more than 33 years of experience as a weight loss instructor.
Pam’s professional expertise, along with her struggles and victories from her own journey to lose weight and keep it off, can show you a better way of living.
Journey: A Better Weigh meets at at the home of Pam Andersen, 15323 T Street, Omaha. The current meeting schedule is:
Tuesdays: Check-in/weigh-in at 5:30 p.m., meeting 6 to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: Check-in/weigh-in at 9:30 a.m., meeting 10 to 10:30 a.m.
In addition to group meetings, Pam also offers weight loss coaching in:
- Private, one-on-one support sessions.
- On-site sessions for offices and other small groups. Journey on the Job includes weigh-ins, materials and support at your work place that lets employees learn about healthier living while on their lunch break.
